Tails onto the pellet grill at 225F for about 45 mins. I used the orange wood that CandySueQ sent me and it made all the difference. The flavor of this lobster was amazing. Never thought a particular type of wood would have such an impact on flavor.

First had this at a restaurant in Jacksonville, FL and we were impressed. My wife knows how to reverse engineer dishes and find them on the internet.

WayneT , we love our SodaStream. I bought it last winter so the kids would stop bugging us to go to restaurants with Coke Freestyle machines. Amazingly that worked and it probably has saved us hundreds of dollars in eating out, haha.

HotSun We're empty nesters and retired so no sodas here only water with gas.

Happy Anniversary, man! Very nice, laid back dinner.

Last night we had... we had... errrmmm... I think my wife made some kind of soup - no idea what kind. I didn't eat. Had a salad for lunch with lots of bacon bits. That was it.

What fun the two of you must have had, cooking and enjoying that meal together. May you enjoy decades more of similar anniversary celebrations.
