I’m pretty sure, in fact. I’ve never smelled bbq type smoke in the neighborhood, except for my own. I’ve smelled a lot of gas grilling, but not that beautiful wood smoke. And I think it’s pellet because it is mild, there’s no briquet starter smell, and it doesn’t bloom and blow like a wood fire does before it becomes hot enough.
It’s not up on his deck, but down in the driveway; and this afternoon I did catch a little sight and whiff of the smoke.
Brian’s a good guy, but he’s a lot younger, we have different interests, and there’s a double line of trees between us. But I’m glad he’s having fun!

My wife calls me "Teddy" and I call her "Princess" and that's where "mrteddyprincess" comes from.
We have new-ish neighbors, Leo and LuLu, who moved in late last year, and Leo has a vertical propane smoker and 3-burner gas grill out on his patio. We've chatted a bit, he's a real nice guy who doesn't complain about hearing me playing guitars out back I did mention The Pit last time we chatted over the fence, I'll bring it up again. Gift membership is a great idea!
One of my old co-workers bought a house about 6 down from me. He'll hit me up every now and then to verify if I'm the one rolling smoke. It's almost always me

The setup isn’t really conducive to chatting. His house sits below ours, and about 5 years ago he planted a privacy row of arbor vitae; honestly I would have done the same, the view up toward our back yard made it feel like that house was at the bottom of a bowl.
When we could see each other we were cordial and friendly, and we still are but now we don’t see each other, so there isn’t any conversation. We’re older, they have 2 kids under the age of 10, so their hands are full.
sounds like a casual walk-by the next time you smell smoke is in order.
"Oh, me? I'm just out for my daily constitutional. What do you have going on there?. Nice smoking rig you got there, want to tell me about it? How about some company while you watch it? What? No, I always go for a walk with a folding chair and a 6-pack. Never know when you'll get tired and need a rest..."
