I’m pretty much flattered…

The (recenty retired) brew master of the Hellman’s brewery, and pretty much the master brewer for 40 years and hundreds of recipes,(PBR Guiness Whiteclaw, Smirnoff’s, etc. ordered sourdough pizza dough from me because of my fermentation. So incredibly humbled.

I have consumed a LOT of his work. Especially liked Special Export beer. The Styles went down pretty well too in fact.
