So there is small but properly visited music venue in the hills of our region, they throw big 3 day festivals, and other one night or etc style music gatherings. I’m a huge fan of what they do, yet, I’ve only attended a few times, as of needing shade, etc.. but.. I’ve had them over, and the band that hosts it, has played in our living room and served them Bbq, and it was just a blast.

‘’got this in my messages this morning. My project of Bands and BBQ is going to grow this year! This is really a cool honor, and pretty humbling for certain, but, I’m celebrating it regardless. And thank you for letting me have a place to share these opportunities to grow in this style & experience of cooking

Not sure, I have to pick the concert first. I think I am going to pick The biggest act, which is likely the least amount of musicians, which means I could probably control the circumstances better. Which, would be Ribs, Butt, Beans, and a signature potatoe I’m working on. I think the smaller cook would be of more benefit to my strengths.
