    I like these kind of stories, I would like to go foraging with Mr. Benton and enjoy a simple meal out in the countryside.

      OK, someone posted about Benton's awhile back and I was intrigued. This post made me decide to place an order with them: bacon, of course. Thin sliced 20 month aged ham and hickory smoked center cut country ham/ biscuit pieces.

      If I like the ham then I might order an entire leg the next time me and my college buddies get together.

        The aged country ham is... Amazing. I like the bacon a lot too. It's smokey as heck and salty but... damn...

      I've got a mess of ramps in my fridge as we speak. Planning on making a frittata with them. Neuske's bacon on the side, though.
