Bring your A game for grilling

We are here in Kona for a few weeks. The condo complex has 6 gas grills. I am blown away with how everybody has prepped and grilled their food. Some real care and beautiful preparations, everything looks likes 5 star. Nobody is just slapping on burgers and drinking beer. It's great to see how things have changed with people taking pride in their cooks. I had to spend some time getting my fresh Mahi prepped to look great before heading down to the grill. So good to see this happening.

Actually no, at least for dinner. Very few kids here anyway. That's what i was expecting, burgers and dogs.
