4 Australian Wagyu chuck steaks
1 Australian Wagyu picanha end steak
2 Australian Wagyu top sirloin filet (8oz)
2 Australian Wagyu filet mignon (8oz)
2 pork loin porterhouses
3/0 was the big winner, took down halftime and final. Those were some big time boxes, mine was just a quarter!
I just got the shipping notice. I’ve never made the picanhas, I’ve had them but never cooked one myself. Everything else I’m pretty solid with. Even those sirloin baseball steaks, those usually come out pretty good, like a poor man’s filet. Not as tender, but pretty tasty IMO.
