Ratz....bacon costs a lung and one kidney up here this weekend but I'm doing ribs and chops this afternoon.
Its pork so I hope that makes up for no bacon in part.

Thick bacon, Butt Rub, cayenne pepper, 450 indirect, brown sugar towards the end, and Tabasco to finish is my go to appetizer when the boys come over. We eat 3 lbs of it while dinner is cooking. Sweet with back heat.
