Ok so I’ve been wondering about this for a long time. Is there a grill equivalent to Superman comic #1? Many hobbies seem to have one or two brands, or models or whatever that are like finding the holy grail. For example, if you are in to collecting BMX bikes, a Redline Square Back is generally considered to be the collectors holy grail of BMX bikes, i.e.rare, old, first of its kind, etc.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Great point for pondering. I have little clue but I am intrigued. I know the 50s Webers & PK Grills are popular for being early originals, but I've never given a lot of thought beyond that. I will enjoy following this one.
I’d like one of the modified Weber Ranch kettles from the Weber restaurant that recently closed down. They look over built and have some bitter sweet history to boot.
