    Grilled-Smoked Sausage....

    Some stuff I smoked with cherry wood this past winter. Deer/Hog with High Temp Pepper Jack cheese and various seasonings. Placed my charcoal basket in my Pit Barrel. Lit enough B & B briquettes in the chimney to just about line the bottom of the basket. Did great.
