Where are all y'all getting your pork casings? Looking for good casings that won't tear easily. The last time I made kielbasa was in 1971 when I came home from Vietnam. An old retired Army Master Sergeant by the last name of Kalinowski (nick named Kelly) invited me to participate with his wife in making 50 lbs of kielbasa after I told him no one in my family kept my Lithuanian grandfather's recipe/instructions. It was some great tasting kielbasa.
I plan to put some up fresh and smoke some also.
Thanks!

Do you have a local butcher shop? They usually have it on hand or could easily get some for you. The upside is supporting a local small business and maybe making a valued friend in the process.
