Looking for Bratwurst (Beer Brat) Recipe

I'm making sausage for the first time. I've been searching on here for a while and can't find...probably operator error. Anyone have recipe they are willing to share? I'm also going to make Hot Links, but I've got a recipe for that.

I've been looking for an authentic German brat recipe and I somehow missed that recipe in my search. Thanks for posting it! I like how the recipe calls for you to puree the blend in a food processor for the classic German texture - most American store-bought brats that I get around here are course ground. They taste good but the coarseness has always bugged me. I have a pretty small plate for my meat grinder that will probably give a similar texture.

We made Brats last month with Ground Pork and used this seasoning. We liked them a lot.

They are just a little different than a regular German Brat. Last year we made these with ground pork and they were also good.

We cut back 10-20% on the seasoning to meat ratio for our own tastes. Sausage making is fun. We're just learning. Have fun!

Walton’s Inc has a lot of sausage spices (and a ton of meat processing equipment). I’ve used their spices and like them!
