    Fantastic...super jealous of the buffalo chopper. You can not beat it for emulsifying meat for this type of sausage or hot dogs.

      Thanks. That is technically a vcm or vertical chopper mixer. I have the plastic blade on it which is used for making bread or pizza crust but it does a heck of a job for mixing 25 lb batches of sausage.
