Hillarious.
Saw the same exact thing this past wk'nd.
Thinking the search criteria that led was "best portable charcoal grill" or something like.
The spiral dog was was my inspiration a few weeks ago and now this? What to do?
But not to "hot dot" around, why wouldn't you do the same technique on any type of tenderloin (pork, beef, venision, etc)?
Dry brine gets to work mo' magic,
rub gets mo' real estate,
smoke gets mo' penetration (mo' quickly)
Mr Maillard gets mo' opportunites
and guests get mo' to look at.
