Any reason I can't freeze this?

I recently got this huge hunk of "Kielbasy" at the Ukranian Church Bazaar.
When I preordered, I was expecting homemade griller sized links not this prepackaged monstrosity.
Any reason I can't cut this into smaller size hunks, vac seal, and freeze?

The only reason you couldn't freeze it is if you don't put it in the freezer. If you put it in the freezer, it will freeze just fine, whole or in chunks.

Should be fine, it's basically a fat hot dog (seasoned differently, of course). How bid is that thing? I'm sure it was intended to be boiled whole and served next to potatoes or dumplings and sauerkraut.
