Any reason I can't freeze this?

I recently got this huge hunk of "Kielbasy" at the Ukranian Church Bazaar.
When I preordered, I was expecting homemade griller sized links not this prepackaged monstrosity.
Any reason I can't cut this into smaller size hunks, vac seal, and freeze?

Should be fine, it's basically a fat hot dog (seasoned differently, of course). How bid is that thing? I'm sure it was intended to be boiled whole and served next to potatoes or dumplings and sauerkraut.
