Adam Witt is a Chicago-based food YouTuber. I find his videos interesting and creative. About two years ago, he did a fourteen-minute video of a tour of the Vienna Beef hotdog factory, including the history of the hotdog and the Chicago dog itself. I found it incredibly interesting and very cool. The video goes into a decent amount of detail as to how the hotdogs are made. I loved the smoking chamber.
