GREAT 2:29 video about Chilean Completos

This is a really excellent, information-dense video explaining the Chilean relationship to hot dogs, which are EVERYWHERE in Chile. The dogs in the video are unidentified, but I think I see an Italiano, an Alemán, and a completo-completo.

There are a variety of Hotdogs, Mustard, and Onions. So many to mix and match. Then comes pairing with a beverage.

But seriously, hot dogs are on SWMBO's bad food list, so I seldom get them. When I do get them, I go with what I know is good. And I use yellow and/or brown mustard with just about any type of onion.
