I'll confess, although I BBQ every weekend like I always do, I bought an Instant Pot three weeks ago. I can not count the delicious food I have produced in that thing so far. I have used it almost daily!

When I was a kid--long time ago--the closest we came to BBQ or grilling was cast iron and a camp fire. There were no BBQ places anywhere within 100 miles that I remember. We weren't poor-but we didn't have the extra to eat out. Ribs were only and always either baked or boiled. I don't believe I ever tasted a BBQ anything until I bought my first gasser in about 1975 or 76.
