Gardening, Pasta, sauces, sausage making....

The last of the tomatoes are lovely and today, will make a gorgeous paste/sauce. The Y made this AMAZING Italian Sausage over the weekend!! I'm making the week's bread and then will start the pasta while the tomatoes cook.
and tonight, as the storm passes over (and it is still supposed to be a Tropical Storm as it reaches us) we'll dine on home made, all the way, from scratch, Bolognese dinner!!

I love it! My wife did not like my last Bolognese dinner, though.

One of my favorites. My wife always teases about how I can't "just make spaghetti". It has to be Bolognese, or marinara, or Sunday Gravy, etc.
