    Yeah, I want to do a chuck ragu. Lots of options as to what you do from there, but I'm thinking of adapting this one.

      Looks good. How to adapt to smoked chuckie, I wonder. Maybe smoke until you have a good bark and then add it to the slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients to finish? That pressure cooker sure would be a nice way to combine the ingredients...hmmm...MCS.
