    Fried Carbonara Balls - OMG

    These were incredible. Waaaay too rich. Should’ve just eaten them w a salad.
    Recipe:
    Make Carbonara w Guanciale.
    let it cool and put it in a rectangular dish in the fridge for a couple hours.
    divide into even sizes
    make those into balls with or w/o mozzarella inside
    freeze for an hour
    egg and Panko
    fry at 360 for about 90 seconds or nicely browned.
    Prepare for adoration from dinner guests

                  Yep, roll some cooled cheese grits around chopped cooked bacon, roll in bacon panko and fry. Same, same.
