One year I tried your strategy but I had to tap out. Too many burgers. Too little time.

I find that not being picky is actually a disadvantage in these situations!

I kind of like the sounds of that Harissa Cracklin' Burger. Cracklins are awesome, next to bacon my favorite. Any sort of wagyu burger seems too extreme and a rip off imho. If you want fat, mix in some good pork fat or brisket trimmings into your beef patty.

Wagyu beef is pretty standard around here. However it's domestically raised.

Those BOTH look amazing! I am still munching on a batch of smash burgers I griddled yesterday on my Genesis with upside down grill grates. I'll have to try topping them with some over the top stuff tonight!

Since I love Banh Mi I opted for this one. They also had a burger week special cocktail. It was a $5 Moscow Mule made with fresh ginger. Everything was tasty. I'm definitely going to replicate the burger at home.

What you need to do is go with a tag team partner and split the burger in half so you can try more of the burgers.

That might work. But theses places are pretty busy so that might take a lot of time.

Because I have a chicken defrosted and ready to go I'm going to have to skip the burger for dinner tonight. So of course that means a Burger Week burger for lunch!

This is from the deli counter from a nice market I like to shop at. The burger is good, but not as good as last night's burger.

Dang those all look like good burgers. I did burgers last night on the Blackstone. Sorry no pics, but burgers on a flattop get a great crust.
