    I’m tellin’ ya. I could eat them every day. This one is red onion, hot pepper relish, and bbq sauce. The meat is fresh ground (from Wegman’s) brisket & chuck blend, 80/20.

      Ya know Mosca your right. There’s so much you can do with a burger & have with one, as long as they are grilled. Then again, on a CI skillet, that’ll work to.

        That is a great looking meal. I love the beans in the cup! Have you tried Kenji's Smash burgers? They are incredible.

          This is a hybrid smash. I put the patty in a sandwich bag and flatten it. Then I turn it out onto aluminum foil, season it, then turn the foil upside down over the grate. The patty peels off, and I have a direct-grilled smasher.
