Got a 5 pound loaf of it hitting my doorstep this Thursday. Last time I bought it we only used about a pound of it for burgers, the rest of it was turned into some truly decadent meatballs.
This time around though I want to use all of it for burgers so who has some "out there" recipes? Just to let you know where my tastes lie, I love any kind of cheese with a penchant for Bleu in a burger, I love heat so any kind of hot sauce suggestions are welcome and I love to jazz up a burger with tons of seasonings.
My wife will have a plain old cheeseburger but I'm looking for something wild, any suggestions?
