I'm Sous Viding a 6oz Steakhouse Steakburger as I type this.😆 I'll sear it in my cast iron skillet and add some extra sharp Tillamook cheddar cheese too. Then top it with RAW red onions.😋

For me it's either thin sliced red onions or caramelized onions. Both are good for me.👍

There's lots of raw onions in salsa. I like raw onions in my salad. I like raw onions on my sub sandwiches. I like raw green onions on my tacos. I add raw onions and cheese on top of a good bowl of chili.
