Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I can’t really say that it made them better; it might have steamed the buns, who knows. But a pile of these on a plate at a cookout is a damn impressive presentation, drawing genuine oohs and aahs! And with the added benefit of protecting them from flies and yellowjackets!
I would HIGHLY recommend these for your next burger cookout, for the presentation alone. 18¢ a piece on Amazon. I would have taken a shot of the whole plate of burgers, but they moved in about 15 seconds.

My wife calls me "Teddy" and I call her "Princess" and that's where "mrteddyprincess" comes from.
Mrs B had her girlfriends over for a luncheon and she asked me to griddle up some burgers; I smashed half a dozen, folded them up into the bags, and popped the plate on the table. The ladies were delighted! (Too bad I myself have never had that same effect.)
