Mesquite Grilled Hamburgers

Monday afternoon July 10th am grilling hamburgers using mesquite wood. Grilling hamburgers using mesquite is hard too beat.
I’ve got roasted hatch green chilies thawing.
Putting that Yoder Wichita to good use.
I haven’t grilled in the firebox yet. I’ll probably build an offset fire in the corner of the firebox.

Tasty hamburgers but No burger presentation.
Was eating and listening to the news talk about the myth climate change which doesn’t exist.
I found record temperatures across Texas from 75 to 90 years ago 112 ° - 117 ° but now they’re complaining about 105 degrees. Flagstaff Arizona had 8 feet of snow in 48 hours winter year 1967-68
