    Oklahoma onion New Mexico green chile cheeseburger, concept to reality.

    Pretty straightforward. I didn’t use the tomato. Just eat these plain, this is very rewarding.

    Looking good! I was wondering whether you were going to mix the hatch chilis into the onions, or keep it separate. I like this!

      I thought about that, too! I decided that it would probably be better to put them on opposite sides of the patty.

      I wanted to put the peppers between the burger and the cheese. I put the cheese on first, went "DUH," then took the cheese off, put the peppers on, and re-cheesed.
