    Ok, AND whilst I’m at not givin a snortin rip, what in Sam Hill is a Sarurday? Nobody noticed it! Nobody said anything about it cuz they can’t read, almost! Lemme see here, the accucheck or spellemcheck musta been turned off. Let’s get it together, all ya need is love!

      I made a gochujang BBQ sauce for this Korean smash burger with spicy kimchi. The tots and burgers were seasoned with Weber Korean BBQ seasoning.

        Mr. Bones I did 2 patties @ 2 ounces each for each burger and smashed them with havarti melted in the middle. The patties were well seasoned with Weber Korean BBQ seasoning. Then I made my special sauce. Gochujang BBQ sauce that I made was combined with mayo and chopped pickles. Dill pickles also adorned the burger and kimchi rounded it out. It was all stacked between buttered and toasted sesame buns. The tots were tossed in avocado oil, seasoned with the Weber KR, and grilled.

      I had a green chile cheese burger to celebrate this day!!! Although it was bought from one of the local brew pubs. A great burger!

      Made some smash burgers tonight. Unfortunately only managed to get pics after the first flip. Topped with smoked cheddar, grilled onions and jalapeños, avocado, and Beso del Fuego bbq sauce.
