    Pork butt 6lbs done on pit barrel
    Pork Parfait consist of Creamy Mashed Potatoes , Homemade beans , Pulled Pork and Slaw .

      Enticing to say the least. But potentially tortuous trying to get down that narrow spout to all the goodies. Could be perfect laying in a pan - a sort of pork/mash lasagna...

        Great concept especially for those who like their food served vertically. The photo should be on the cover of a BBQ publication, it's that pretty.

          What a great and inventive idea !! Excellent and creative way to utilize pulled pork. I'm putting together a similar post on how I utilized 9# of the stuff but never even thought about a parfait !! Once again well done !!

          What a fantastic idea ! And what a great photo. I'm with fzxdoc it should be in a magazine. Could also work great in glass bowls.

          I should get out my trifle bowl and do that. It wouldn't have the same impact as the jar mug, however.
