Making deserts at home is the way to go but, does anyone have any recommendations for some premium frozen cookie dough for the convenience factor? We recently bought some for a fund raiser off the neighbor kids and while it was good I’m looking for outstanding cookie dough I can keep in freezer and bake as needed. Sometimes box store cookie dough leaves something to be desired. anyone have suggestions, online vendors or otherwise? Thanks !!!

marshall What ComfortablyNumb said. It’s what I do. Assuming drop cookies, use an ice cream scoop and portion out. Freeze them, then food saver (cryovac) in sets of 6 or 12 or whatever you like. You can slack out overnight or even bake straight from frozen, just adjust the time. I do this all the time.
pretty much the same with sliced or cut out cookies. Just freeze the portion of batters that you want. May need some portion testing to see what works for you.
