    Key lime pie

    I am almost too embarrassed to present this as a recipe, but it is very tasty and easy. I don’t use key limes, just regular Persian limes..

    One 8 Oz block of softened cream cheese
    One 14 Oz can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, plus some zest
    One tsp vanilla extract
    Graham cracker pie crust

    Using a mixer—I use a hand mixer—mix it all up until well blended and dump into a store bought graham cracker pie crust.Refrigerate for several hours. Enjoy!

      Good stuff!!! My wife makes something like this, but with frozen pink lemonade and puts it the freezer to set up. Man…this recipe will be great to have as well! Thanks for sharing!

      Thank you. We have always used the one on the bottle of Nellie&Joe's Key Lime Juice, but it requires baking because of the eggs, which isn't something I want to do in the summer heat.

      We’ve made this many times over the years but it was lemon juice we added and then put cherry pie filling on top. 😁
