What every is in front of me. I don't think I ever had a cookie I did not like.

"migraines" well that is a pain in the other end.

My Nana's chocolate chip cookies. She ever so slightly modified the Toll House cookie recipe from the package of Nestle's chocolate chips. To this day, after 40 years of trying, I still can't get 'em the way she did.

I bet dollars to donuts she adds a pinch of chili. A touch of heat and spice kicks it up.

I'm not nearly as fond of Oreos as I am of Hydrox cookies. Hydrox cookies were grocery store Oreos before there actually were Oreos. They're not as tooth-achingly sweet nor as bland as Oreos.

Hydrox aren't widely sold anymore -- I used to find them in the grocery store next to Oreos. Hubby will order them special for me every so often. Maybe that's good for my waistline. No ... I'm sure it's good.

They weren't made for awhile, then someone started making them again. It seems to me they taste the same now as they used to, so I'm a happy campter. Hubs gets them on Amazon (where else?)

Thin mints and orange milanos as mentioned above.

But also it seems the first few times we were stocking up for storms in Florida, Publix had Keebler pecan shortbreads on BOGO so these are now also comfort food for stressful times.

Presidents Choice brand Decadent Chocolate Chunk cookies
Heroin....made with real butter and milk chocolate chunks.
My wife won't let me buy them anymore as its out and out gluttony when I tie into these things.

Had a box of those once while at a professional meeting in Montreal. OMGoodness, they were delicious. Can't find them where we live in the States. Available on Amazon, but reviews say the boxes arrive with nothing but crumbled cookies in them. I'd still eat them that way, though.

Agreed on the Oreos. With one exception. Original Oreos. As counterintuitive as it may be the double stuff is just too much.

Like said by someone else in another post. I've given up all this kind of stuff in pursuit of the prefect beer belly.
