I love hoarse radish sauce on prime rib, another have to have is on oysters on the half shell. I put a bit of cocktail sauce on the oyster then add a dollop of hoarse, just enough to make it feel like your sinuses exploded. It only last a second, but I do love it.

Mustard HorseradishSauce:- 1 1/2 cups good mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustards, horseradish, sour cream, and salt in a small bowl.
We also use it on baked potatoes, asparagus, broccoli,etc.
