I’m surprised someone hasn’t posted their homemade soy sauce recipes. Some soy beans, wheat, salt and Aspergillus oryzae spores which are available on Amazon. Might turn out as flavorful as the $40 bottles, and cheaper if you discount any medical bills that might be incurred during experimentation.🙂
