    I understand following a different condiment regimen…
    For me, My current obsession is W Sauce! It’s not only a recipe ingredient, I keep it in a squeeze bottle to put on dang near everything!
    I don’t even know we buy ketchup anymore…. I can’t remember when I used any…

      Everyone seems to rave about that stuff. It does seem to be more than just a more viscous Worcestershire sauce.

    I’m surprised someone hasn’t posted their homemade soy sauce recipes. Some soy beans, wheat, salt and Aspergillus oryzae spores which are available on Amazon. Might turn out as flavorful as the $40 bottles, and cheaper if you discount any medical bills that might be incurred during experimentation.🙂

      Think of it this way: A $40 bottle of wine is gone in one night, a $40 bottle of soy can bring years of joy!
