My son in law is a British transplant and we have had some new items added to our culinary repertoire. I've reciprocated by giving him a grill as a wedding present, and when that wore out introducing him to pellet smokers. Haven't heard him or my daughter say anything about lemon curd yet. Now that they are 2 hours away instead of 24 we'll be eating with them more often. My daughter is busy checking out the international markets in the Minneapolis area.
