About the only way I would cook frozen would be sous vide. Think about it for a minute. You have a frozen brick of protein. As the heat begins to thaw the outer edge of that protein it will begin to cook. In the meantime the inside is like 32* and may catch up to the thaw temperature just about the time that outer edge turns to charcoal. Get the picture?
