I'm doing a bone in turkey breast (6.75 lbs) on my WSM for the first time. I've got no idea of cook time or even correct cook temp. I saw one place that said 225 for 5 hours and another that said 350 for 1.5 hrs. Can anyone with experience offer advice? Thanks!

Thanks Ron. Crispy skin is the goal! So higher temp sounds right. Now just need to figure out cook time. I'm thinking a few hours at 350 seems reasonable. I've been reading non-smoking recipes and they seem to agree around 325/350 for 2hrs (+/- 30 min)
325-350 for the temp. Time should be just over an hour and a half if i was a betting man, but be sure to use your leave in thermometer to tell you when it is ready for the table. Good luck!
