      Very delicious but let the sauce set too long. I only temp' one before I started to glaze so it took longer than I thought to get them all to temp 165-170

          Dry rub it is, my own blend of eleven herbs spices and sugars. Bbq is all about the rub for me. That's where most of the flavor comes from on my pit.

              That looks great, and I totally agree! I use a dry rub on my chicken too. IMO it far surpasses grilling/smoking and just slathering in sauce.
