Don't know if this is the correct place for this? This AM I sliced some left over Tri-Tip & heated in a skillet then put some left over rice (brown rice) in added eggs & scrambled came out very good but didn't last long enough for a photo, oh well.

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Man that sounds good Darchie03! Myself, I keep meaning to try a leftover brisket omelet with peppers and onions, but then I just end up eating the leftovers as plain brisket slices, they're so good.....
Had some leftover pulled pork yesterday, threw in a skillet with chopped onion, garlic, jalapeño and a splash of orange juice , seasoned with cumin and some of my own rub, then fried a la carnitas. Did not suck at all!
