Weber 22 and 26 Kettle.
Regular gasser with rotisserie.
Custom built horizontal stick burner.
Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.

Like pizza, I believe most anything is good on it/in it concerning omelets. This sounds great, love to see the results. If it were me And on hand, would swap fresh shredded spinach for the lettuce.
