Agree smoking a store bought corned beef/pastrami. Can even smoke a day in advance and then make a pastrami hash for an easy morning of cook.

Alright I'm going in a different direction. Bagels cream cheese and lox (smoked salmon). And an omelet station, make you own. All the fixin's laid out. Cheeses, onion, peppers and diced ham steaks and some hot sauces for an example. Let your guests put their creative juices to work.

You can never go wrong with bagels, cream cheese and lox, but I'm on LI and its a staple so a little boring...make your own omelet station sounds fun as hell, wish I had a griddle
          I could setup for that

Smoked Bratwurst. It's a Packer game for crying out loud.

Smoked jalapeño cheddar brats are awesome! I slice them up for appetizers.

LOL, I'm a Giants fan, brats are OUT! Although I do love a squeaky cheese curd. Too bad this game isn't on the Frozen Tundra aka MetLife West, 2016 boat boys game notwithstanding
