Not here, but another site had asked for some photos of my process. These are are all from the end stages. I may try to get more photos today, from the two loaves I am working on today.

Dem be real purdy. Wish I could come close to that oven spring.

      Wow!!! 🤩

You are certainly not loafing when it comes to bakin' bread.

          Nice ears!

Looks great Richard! I too wish I could see that level of rise once I slash the bread and put it in the oven.

Nice, rise in a mold to take on the mold shape. The end result. moldy bread.
I like it. But also do you bake Paleo bread?

Thank you, no I have never made a paleo loaf. Maybe I should look at what makes up that style loaf.

Both were just cheap buys on amazon.

Yeah, I need to let my dough go longer in bulk fermentation I think. Yours looks awesome

That looks great.. give me a stick of butter one loaf of that and a glass of milk and watch me eat my way into a bread coma!! One day a few years ago I was smoking pastrami in the garage. As we were gathered around the smoker waiting for it to get done the neighbor lady stopped by with a fresh baked,. Still warm loaf of bread for plowing her driveway.. we put a whoopin on both the pastrami and the loaf of bread. I was so full I almost couldn't walk the 75 feet to the house. Nicely done my friend!!

Well done mate, I reckon I can smell that from way over here

Richard this is fantastic. Wonderful work!

                          Yesterday’s news this mornings bakes.
