    Black Angus brisket

This morning while at my local Sam's Club (Citrus Hts.,CA) looking for a pork belly, I ran across a special sale sign for Black Angus brisket @ $3.10/lb. Surprisingly, most of them were full packers. I've already exhausted this months meat budget so I couldn't jump on this deal. Aarrggh!

Never was a fan of a cow approaching Neapolitan. A veterinarian I worked for had a Belted Galloway sticker on her vehicle I commented on it and she said it was actually an Angus and she put the white stripe on it. Too funny!!

I've only enjoyed some steaks from one once, but i was amazed at the tenderness and flavor. less gamey than some other grass fed and beautiful looking hunks of meat. I'm too broke to be a committed high-quality bovine connoisseur...
