I made that today and it was just excellent. I loved the "sear in the rear". I had a ton of juice. Just a great cut, great grill..very happy.
If anyone hasn't given that a try, please do. I was glad I found tri-tip in Michigan.
Sunday: I'll be smoking the bacon that has been resting all week...oh man. I can't wait to see how that goes.
