Our local family owned grocery store (not chain) gets SRF Wagyu briskets in once in a while. Still too rich for my blood, but interesting to see outside of the specialty butcher shops.
The most interesting thing about the briskets is that they were selling Prime briskets for about the same price during the summer and now the Prime briskets are about half that price.
We went down to Texas over the Thanksgiving week to spend with some friends in New Braunfels. While there we went into HEB a couple of times and decided we really like that store and need one here in Oregon.... Or maybe we just need to move to Texas! 🤣😜
