    Beef Short Ribs #2

    I decided to do beef short ribs just like I did before except this time instead of BBBR I used the Oakridge BBQ Black Ops rub that I had left over from the brisket clast weekend. I didn't used the Lang on count I had eye surgery yesterday and didn't want all of that smoke getting in my eye so I used the Rec Tec instead. Here they are trim and rub.         I made some KC BBQ sauce and after the ribs reach IT temp of 195 I coated them with the sauce then covered them in a foil pan until they reach target temp of 203. Click image for larger version
