    Sous vide tenderloins

    These came out just about like I expected them to. I seared them on the cast iron half-moon grate, on the BGE @ about 850*. All that took place to quickly for me to get photos. Sides are mac & cheese, spinach, and Caprese tomatoes, we love Caprese tomatoes!!

    You look to have the same machine Meathead has. My wife would barf at that meat pic, I'm drooling.

          132, for an hour. I like medium rare, Mrs likes medium, so 132 was my compromise. I left hers on the iron for an extra minute or two. She still microwaved it for 45 seconds. I get no respect I tell ya, no respect.
