Beautiful looking ribs there. One of my favorite things to cook. It is always awesome when you cook them for people who have never had them before and you drop one of those bad boys on their plate. The look on their face is priceless.
I have a rack in my freezer I might just need to thaw and get on the smoker this weekend.
