        Beautiful looking ribs there. One of my favorite things to cook. It is always awesome when you cook them for people who have never had them before and you drop one of those bad boys on their plate. The look on their face is priceless.

        I have a rack in my freezer I might just need to thaw and get on the smoker this weekend.

          I've done a quick 1-2hr smoke and a 60+ hour sous vide - it is absolutely insane how good they come out!

            Great looking ribs dude!!
            I find these are the one thing I seem to be able to get right most times.
            Keep it simple, SPG, 250ish, cook until they jiggle and err on the side of over to make sure the fat is rendered
