Not something I would have tried, but my Dad bought them so I cooked them at his house. They were the most flammable thing that I’ve ever cooked on the Grill Grates, they beat out the bacon wrapped pork tenderloins and even bacon wrapped sausage for that title.
Medium Rareish for mine and it was wonderful with just salt and pepper on the surface, had a consistency more like a sausage than a burger.
